Please ensure you have read the Terms & Conditions before you book.

We require that your vehicle is parked at an appropriate location to carry out our services. We will not work on any vehicles parked on a busy or dangerous road. We also cannot work at pay and display car parks or any private car parks without permission.

If the vehicle is heavily soiled with pet hair, mud, mould etc, additional charges will apply.
Quotes discussed over the phone are based on the customer’s description of the vehicle’s condition. Please ensure to give accurate descriptions and provide images when possible. If conditions are not as expected on arrival, additional charges will apply.

We accept both cash and bank transfer. Bank transfers must be made straight after the service has been completed.

Please note, we may request a 10% deposit for bigger packages. If you cancel the service less than 24 hours before the booking, you may lose your deposit. If you have paid a deposit and we need to cancel for any reason, we will either reschedule the booking within the next 14 days or return the deposit in full.

Packages

The Alves Deep Clean

This comprehensive package is designed to bring your vehicle back to its showroom shine, inside and out.

Exterior:

Deep clean of your wheels, including the barrels and arches.
Pre-wash snowfoam to remove dirt and grime from your paintwork, followed by a thorough brush work to get into hard-to-reach areas.
Contact wash using the two-bucket method to ensure a safe and scratch-free wash.
Paintwork is then towel-dried or air-blown for a spotless finish.
Three-month ceramic sealant applied to paintwork, windows, and alloys for extended protection and shine.
Tires are dressed to a natural finish to complete the exterior transformation.

Interior:

Carpets are shampooed and extracted for a deep clean. Fabric seats will receive thorough extraction, followed by a steam clean to remove stains and ensure an intensive clean. Leather seats will be cleansed and conditioned.
All plastic trims are cleaned and dressed to restore their original luster.
The vehicle is left with a deodorizing fogger bomb to eliminate unpleasant odors from every corner.

The Alves Maintenance Scheme

So, the maintenance scheme, something most of our customers are very keen in wanting to become a part of.

To become a part of this, your vehicle will need to have received any of our full valet or detailing packages you will then have the option to join our maintenance scheme where we revisit the vehicle on a monthly basis or bi-weekly. Each visit we will maintain the standard we left your vehicle in from the first booking with us for a reduced price. This allows us to up-keep our standard of clean all your round, and means you do not have to worry about the state of your car, leave that to us.

Please note - not all vehicles may be suited to join our maintenance scheme, whether that is due to location or condition of vehicle. if you enquire about joining we will advice whether your vehicle is suitable or not.

What exaclty does the Maintenance include?
• Wheels Deep cleaned from
• Vehicle safely rewashed
• Interior vacuumed thoroughly
• Plastics, and dash all re-cleaned.
• Windows cleaned
• Tyre's dressed.
• Paint, glass and alloy protection will always be topped up.

Please note - Vehicles apart of the maintenance scheme MUST be booked in every 4 weeks, if left over that deadline you will have to book in a for a full valet or detailing package. Vehicles apart of the maintenance scheme also must leave the vehicle in a reasonable standard, if the vehicle is found to be overly soiled and requires extra time you will need to pay an additional fee.

The Alves Signature Enhancement

Restore your vehicle's paint and protect it for months to come with our Signature Enhancement Package.

What's included?

Full decontamination wash to remove impurities.
Single-step machine polish to brighten paintwork and remove light scratches.
Three- to six-month ceramic sealant applied for lasting protection and gloss. (Ceramic coating available for an additional cost)

Add our Interior Deep Clean service for only £60 to complete the transformation!
